Several years ago, we decided to open The Louisiana Gift Basket Company. The goal was to operate a business offering fresh and unique gift baskets that are tasty to eat and tastefully presented. Our one-of-a kind gift baskets represent the authentic Cajun-Creole experience. We hope you enjoy the gift baskets from The Louisiana Gift Basket Company.

Cajun-Creole Blood Lewis Pierre Savoie is the owner of TLGBC and as a direct descendant of Francois Savoie, he is a member of one of the first families exiled from Acadia, Nova Scotia to Louisiana—the new Acadian coast. He is also a descended from the Ernest Pierre Landry family, one of the first Creole settlers in the state of Louisiana. All of us at TLGBC take great pride in presenting a business as authentically Cajun-Creole as one can find. Our ancestors made south Louisiana their home and, through the generations, we learned the meaning of authentic Cajun-Creole heritage: true hospitality, bringing together good friends, good cooking, good eating, and good times. C'est la hospitalité de la Louisiane!

Lagniappe We guarantee the selections in our gift baskets are fresh and, in the true Cajun-Creole tradition, more than you expect. You see, in south Louisiana, we have the word "lagniappe" which means "a little something extra". You will find lagniappe in all the gift baskets made from Louisiana's most tasteful treasures, drawn from its rich cultural heritage. Merci pour votre achat! |
